In cases where an agreement or conversation occurs directly with the driver, it shall be considered an action taken independently of the company. The company shall not be held responsible for any liability or damages arising from such actions 1 , as per section 9 of the rules. 1.2 In the event that the service user makes direct payments in cash, deposits, or any form of payment to the driver, outside of booking through the company's website or social media channels, it shall be considered an action taken independently of the company.
