How It Works:
RATE PER CAR
• Sedan type for 1-2 pax THB 1300 net per car
• SUV type for 2-4 pax THB 1500 net per car
• Toyota Van type for 2-10 pax THB 1500 net per car
• Toyota Alphard type for 1-5 pax THB 4500 net per car
Rate include:
• Private vehicle with an experienced driver
• Gasoline
• Expressway toll
• One baby car seat (available upon request)
• Transportation insurance
Rate Exclude:
• PArking fee
• Food and drinks
• Admission fee (e.g., National Park/Laem Chabang Port)
Condition:
The car will wait at the airport for 2 hours after the scheduled landing time.
Any overtime beyond this period will incur an additional charge of THB 800 net per hour. If there is a flight cancellation or delay,
please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled landing time. For emergencies, please reach out to us via WhatsApp or by phone.
In cases of urgent cancellation or no-show, the full rate will be charged, and it will be non-refundable.

Payment and Service information
1.Our operations are governed solely by the agreement between the clients and the company.
If there is an agreement between the driver and the user privately, without notification to the company, or if the company has been notified but has rejected the service or agreement in question, the company will not be held responsible for any damages or liabilities arising from such actions or agreements. In any case, it should be considered that the company has no involvement or responsibility regarding such agreements.
1.1 In the event that the service user wishes to modify, amend, add to, or cancel any part of the existing agreement or service, they must notify the company directly and obtain confirmation from the company. In cases where an agreement or conversation occurs directly with the driver, it shall be considered an action taken independently of the company. The company shall not be held responsible for any liability or damages arising from such actions 1 , as per section 9 of the rules.
1.2 In the event that the service user makes direct payments in cash, deposits, or any form of payment to the driver, outside of booking through the company's website or social media channels, it shall be considered an action taken independently of the company. The company shall not be held responsible for any liability or damages arising from such actions, except as otherwise specified in the contract, as outlined in section .
1.3 The company may require the service user to make cash payments in certain cases
Note: The cancellation process is subject to the local operating hours of the service provider and may take between 2-5 business days. Once your cancellation request is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us, and the refund will be issued within 30 business days, depending on the processing times of both the local bank and the customer's bank.
